I've been getting complaints all day from users, who are unable to get DHCP leases from my Mikrotik.

When I go to view the current leases, this is what I see:



If I try to delete one of these leases, it immediately comes back. Rebooting the Mikrotik had no affect.

What is going on?

im not mikrotik expert but im trying to help you

try to check in your dchp server setting or it shows >>> static only
if shows like that u need to put pool first and change to your pool instead of static only

I had the same issue.

At my network problem solved... One of Mikrotik's had PROXY-ARP on ether2 and when host trying to get IP from DHCP (static leases in my case) he thinks that this specific IP is already used.

DISABLE PROXY-ARP on every MT.
