1. why do you want do downgrade? bad idea. no support, more bugs.

I downgraded 3.28 to 3.25 and upgraded to 3.28 again, no problem. X86, system + security + ntp + ppp + dhcp + advanced-tools packages.

I tested routing-test package 3.28 - it did not work as expected ... more on this in another topic soon ...

Hi all

I keep Mikrotik license level 4 for testing. you know Mikrotik almost version issue has error !!! so when I update must test first.

I downgraded 3.28 to 3.27, my system x86. Can do it?

Just make sure .npk files are whole files and not some download cut in the middle.

rememeber that reboot only works for upgrade! for downgrade you have to type "/system package downgrade"

Hi all,

Packages v 3.27 upload to files and run command:

But I saw log only reboot, did not do update !! and I saw packages v 3.27 still in files.

current version -> /system backup save
upgrade -> /system backup save
downgrade -> /system backup restore (previous version)

It's always a good idea to take backups. Not too many software support downgrading without loosing some configurations.
