1. if you are reseller - write to support@mikrotik.com

2. maybe the same as 1.

3. what do you call "first website"?.. Hotspot login page?..

3-no, my configuration for ether1 is 192.168.100.1/24
when i open this ip address in webbrowser i can login to my mikrotik
can i disable this page or no ?

about the web page , just disable the http service from mikrotik.

customization is only for resellers. you cannot change it by standart means

I personally think that the telnet connection shouldn't advertise the OS version -- all OSs have their vulnerabilities and this is simply making life easier for hackers.

That said, anyone concerned with security shouldn't be using telnet in the first place, and SSH does not have this issue.

change port, use port knock, filter out unknown networks etc. there are lots of ways how to make sure nobody connects to your router.
