I have a new 411 that I am trying to configure for a AP. I got it on the network, and the workstation can connect to it via wireless, but its not getting an IP on the workstation.

I have a RB450 as the main router, but I havent configured anything there for the 411, or not sure if I need to.

I have the 411 set for AP BRIDGE mode.

I only know how to use the Winbox interface but if someone could give me a hint about what I am missing that would be super!

Do you have the ethernet and wireless added to the bridge?
Does the RB450 have dhcp configured?

I asume that the 450 is already setup with a dhcp server, so that clients connection receive an IP.

then just setup the 411 like this.

Setup a dchp client for ether1
setup wlan1 as ap-bridge
create a brigde and under ports add ether1 and wlan1

that's all
