i will like to know how to test my internet upload and download capacity that comes in and out of my base station

i know tools to be a command but then Btest and Bandwidth Test is confusing me

well.
We suppose that you can ping the ip address from first routerboard (RB) to the second and you can see in winbox the menù Tools.
In the first RB simply go to the menù Tools > Btest server, press the button [Btest Server Settigns] and be shure to flag [Enabled] and unflag [Authenticate].
In the second RB you must go to the menù Tools > Bandwidth Test and:
- in the field [Test to] inser the ip address of fist RB
- select rptocol = TCP
- select Direction = receive (to test download) or transmit (to test upload)
- set Tcp Connection Count = 1
- press the button [start] and view running results
