There are many antennas and many routerboards that will work.
You really need to hire a wireless consultant to help. You have too many questions and a project of very large scope.
Here is a list.

For this setup, it can consider straight forward also can say complicated.
It too many factor need kick into considering point.
To implement the good qualify of service, i agreed that, either you hire some one have rich experience in WiFi roll out or you appoint some one from mikrotik to assist you.
Or, you provide more detail, then we may can share one step by one step.

Looks pretty simple.
But how many clients you expecting at each node.
What is the activity like around these nodes on 2.4Ghz.. Are there any other users.
Is each node line of site.
For nodes 2,3,4,5 I would suggest the same build for each unit.
That is RB433 with 2 x radios... Use SR5 (for reliability) and SR2 in each.
Use common enclosure for all 4 builds.
My suggestion is to use Poynting enclosure that has 5.8g antenna built behind facia... Adapt case to receive 2nd antenna port.. ie use N type bulkhead connector pig tail.
Use 8db 2.4g omni antenna at each node.
Finally when you have built 4 of these units.
Point each enclosure towards central station. Node 1.
At node 1...Build 2 units as follows.
Each unit to use 1 off RB433ah + 1 SR5.
Use 120 degree sector antenna to cover nodes 2+3 and a 5.8g frequency of say 20Mhz bandwidth.
Do exactly the same build as above.
Use 120 degree sector antenna to cover nodes 4+5 and a seperate frequency of 20Mhz bandwidth
Position the 2 sector antennas well spaced apart on same mast. Use 5.8g frequencies well seperated from one another.
At node 1. Buy 2 off RB450 . Connect 1 LAN of each rb450 to each rb433ah. Buy 8 adsl routers. connect their LAN's to the respective ports of the RB433ah.
Do whatever loadbalancing method you choose to adopt within the 2 rb450 units.
For all the client units. Use rb411 with poynting 2.4g enclose integral 15db antenna.
Therefore the 4 links to node 1 are on 5.8g. and clients are kept to 2.4g.
You may want to choose mt r52 type cards for the client units, so that you can run Nstreme. Not because you may want the thruput, but at least its proprietory to MT and will stop anyone else trying to connect.
Security is another topic, as is the load balancing and decision of subnets etc etc.
best wishes
