No usb cd or netinstall or local install, please help

Hi all
I have a pc on pc104 board
I have only a usb cdrom
Since the install from cd will not work with usb ,
I triad to install mt thru netinstall but could not
See the pc in the program.
I also triad to take the hd and put it on winxp sp2
And install mt locally, but when I put it back to the pc104
It said no operating system found
Any suggestion?
