QoS for VoIP, simple setup?

I'm new to RouterOS, but from what I can see, it is very powerful.
I've got two offices connected via a pptp link, both connect to the internet. Both are RouterOS.
I have a PBX VoIP server at once office, and VoIP telephones distributed throughout both offices.
The VoIP server also connects to a SIP trunk over our internet connection.
I'd like to push ALL our VoIP traffic to a high QoS, not matter which direction or which interface.
Our VoIP traffic is:
- Signaling on TCP port 5060
- Audio on UDP ports 16385-32767
I've already got firewall rules in place to forward the above ports from the internet to the VoIP server.
Which guides would you recommend for straight forward setup for QoS for VoIP traffic?
Thanks!
