OK New issue poped up today

I have a outage poped up in one area of the map
then Another area on my mapped went white
i checked the parents, and for some how the parent got switch to the device that is going down
just happens to be the first device in my parent list
I changed the parent back to it's proper parent device.
that is up and running , but the devices are still going white when original device goes off
for some reason
Help?

Ended up deleting the devices and re-creating them and that fixed the problem
However the problem went to the child of these devices

if i went to the child device and turned off it's parent before deleting the parent, and then re-created the parent and setup the parent in the child everything worked ok
