NAT / IP Spoofing

Mon Jan 04, 2010 1:28 pm

Hi,

I have a routerboard which is currently dialing 2 ADSL internet connections - each with a single static IP address. I have configured the LAN devices to use ADSL1 for it's gateway and if this disconnects to use ADSL 2 which works really well.

I have also a /28 range of IP adresses which are routed down both lines. I have an Asterisk VoIP server on the LAN and I would like to assign one of the /28 IP addresses to this server so that when it registers it's trunks, it appears to be from the /28 IP address rather than the single static address from whichever gateway it is using.

I'm sure that this is a simple NAT / Masquerade rule but not sure what and I don't want to break it.

I hope this makes sense and thanks in anticipation....
