Hi all,

Currently we have a backbone, composed primarily of Mikrotik RouterOS and RBs (series 1000 and series 400).

We have, in addition to the backbone, several members (last mile) who also integrate their networks using Mikrotik systems.

We are conducting a survey of all equipment and from next week we will have the exact number of them, which partly can talk around 1200 devices.

We wonder the biggest case of using Mikrotik systems in the world, because we believe that we are the largest.

Moreover, soon, our structure will triple (next 60 days).

I know of at least two ISP's in New Zealand with more devices than that.

This is my question ... What is the biggest case of use of equipment Mikrotik? I believe it is one of the largest, as our backbone and last mile are all with Mikrotik devices and even tripled the number soon.

Could you tell what are these providers?

I don't give out potentially confidential information on other people's networks, but I know their technical staff use the forums regularly so they may post details of their own networks.

Also, if there are networks that large down here in NZ their surely must be much larger ones in Mikrotik's larger markets like Indonesia, South America, US and Europe.

I thought the biggest case was Indonesia, but did not see much movement of big ISP in the Forum Mikrotik Indonesia.

I'm in Brazil and here the use of Mikrotik by ISP and companies really is very expressive.

We are using Mikrotik to handle about 80Mbit of traffic and 20,000 pps and 1000 customers.

Well I don't know the reason for the question, but I'm setting up a little network in New Zealand as well, which is very local and small and we expect up to 1000 users on a RB1000.
I reckon 1000 users still small. I'm all new to Miktorik.
If you mean users, I believe 100000+ users is somthing big.
If you mean nodes or somethging like that, I did see networks with many many nodes in Brazil as well.
