PPP authentication with External Radius

hi all,


i have routeros with 4.5 version , running in a vmware machine.
hotspot users have no problem to authenticate , but pppoe users are unable to authenticate.
when i use a local account that i created in my RouterOs ( ppp--->secret) , it is OK. but for account in radius server, there is problem


i using only an External radius server for the theses 2 Services.

i have an attached file where you can see some log messages.



i don't know why.

Looks like just wrong username or password. Your external radius also locates on virtual machine?

never used it,but ild enable debug option on logging to see more detailed logs.

have you checked 'ppp' together with 'hotspot' under RADIUS settings?

yes , on the radius setting all is fine, but problem still happen

There should be something in the radius server logs if the service checked there. Any clue there that might help? And just to make sure, in "/ppp aaa", you have "use-radius=yes" , Also set "interim-update=10m"

sorry, i forgot to enable ppp aaa use-radius= yes
