Request: transparent .png and export path

Hi,
i am using .png map export for my own Windows Sidebar Gadget, which shows the map on my desktop.
(BTW I was previously using Samurize in WinXP to do that.)
The issue is i am not able to produce image with transparent background, there is no option for it.
Is possible to add this feature somewhere?
I believe this is only about the "image exporting engine" to allow transparency and maybe adding "transparent color" selection for the background color.
I tried to use transparent .png and .gif as background, but result is white color.
Another great thing could be possibility to set export path for the image.
Imagine i have a web server on the PC and want to have the image on the web page - i will need to have the image in folder which belongs to the WWW server.
