window7 and winbox

I just upgraded to windows 7 and winbox's three dots (browse for mac) don't work.
tried winbox 2.2.11, 2.2.14 and 2.2.15

any thoughts.

Windows 7's firewall is considerably more aggressive.

Works on both my Win7 computers even with firewall on.

Try to set it to "Run as Administrator". Also if you have multiple NICs make sure only the one your are connecting to the router is enabled, and it has IP address assigned.

If you have VirtualBox installed disable the virtual nic it creates.

That's important: if your nic gets it's IP from a DHCP it won't start moving packets until it gets an IP or reaches the timeout and assings an apipa local IP.

Restore all setting in the win7 to default and it will work fine, i just run an installation of win7 now and without any configuration, winbox 2.2.15 is working fine.

Well, I figured out my issue. I have Sun VirtualBox installed, to run other operating systems. And it installs a virtual NIC, once I disabled it. Everything started working right again.

any solution for multiple interfaces? I have my normal connection and another interface for the management network.
Under xp it works flawless.
