problem with hotspot service

hi all,

we have some intermittent trouble with hospot service.

in fact, routeros is unable to redirected some users, until they type link of the authentication page.

what can be most likely cause this problem ?

In my case, it is usually faulty dns settings. Insure you have the dns servers set correctly in "/ip dns". Also insure "allow-remote-requests=yes".

yes all configurations related to DNS are fine, because some user are able to redirect but not all, and before yesterday all worked properly.

Maybe if you post "/ip hotspot profile print".
If it started happening without any changes on your end, maybe something external is not working correctly. Have you done a ping test to a remote ip to see if any packets are being dropped?
Is there any OS that seems to be related to this? Windows XP, Windows 7, OSX, etc?
