on how to connect your home network to xdsl line

no.9 line 2

can anyone please explain to me why we need this particular line for ?
\dns-server=195.13.160.52,195.122.59 domain="mail.com"

everything work finr even without that.

These are just optional parameters your dhcp server will supply to its clients.
