PPPoE Server Service Name ?

Hi,

it appears that, in the service name of the pppoe server, after whatever i put in the service name, ROS automatically adds @Mikrotik.

Besides being a shameless plug, it makes really difficult to migrate to Mikrotik from different solutions.
I have a customer who gives out RasPPPOE (licensed) which refuses to connect to anything else other than its original service name, so adding @Mikrotik, breaks all the clients, who must reconfigure the connections.

Is there any way to drop the @Mikrotik after the service name ?

Regards,
Viorel

PPPoE server never adds anything to service-name. Maybe your client itself
appends AC name. In that case, you can change it by changing PPPoE server
identity at "/system identity".
