Instructions for Proxy-ARP Bridging, aka MAC-NAT

Can someone please post an example of MAC-NAT or proxy-ARP bridging, as done by many low cost devices on the market. We are wanting to use both private and public IP's on both sides of a Mikrotik box configured as a repeater.
We've tried various configurations, read manual pages, forum documentation, researched proxy-arp within various firewall documentation, etc, etc. But I've been unsuccessful in setting up MAC-NAT or Proxy-ARP Bridge scenerio with any Mikrotik repeater (ie, 2.4 or 5Ghz backhaul with 2.4ghz AP, with backhaul configured as a "station").
Yes, I'm aware of other options, such as routing, WDS, EoIP, etc, but we are in need of a configuration example that shows how to setup MAC-NAT.
