today i tried to replace a rb230 with 4x cm9 and router-OS 2.8.28
with a rb230 and 4x RB52 and router os 2.9.rc10

on my old configuration there are only 4 clients that have a signal level equal or worse then -90db
all others are much better

when i changed to the new box there where lots of clients that had -95 and
less clients connectet to the router then with the old box !!
i also had bad pings >300 - 2000ms to the connected clients sometimes a few packets <20ms ...

nothing else was changed but the boxes

i had this problems allready before when i tried to upgrade to 2.9.rc6 a few weeks ago - that is why i used another box to try this time...

has anybody an idea ?

Not enough or irregular power(electricity)?
search the forum archives. maybe you'll find the answer.

I SAW a post like this....

The problem was - the antenna port was not correctly set !!
I think it defaults to a.

Check the setting on the wireless - advanced tab..

Hope this is the answer for you!!
