Either set the allowed addresses in "/ip services" to include subnets behind those ports, or adjust the firewall filters you have. There's nothing that inherently makes it impossible for ports other than ether1 to terminate SSH or Winbox connections.

Physically connecting to a port with WinBox is as easy as plugging in the wire and clicking on the 3 dots (...) next to the address. WinBox will show the MAC address and IP address assigned to the port. Click on it and connect.

In general for networking, you don't "connect to a port", you connect to an address. Assign an IP Address to any port and use it for WinBox or SSH.

for some reason that doesnt work...
when I click the 3dots (...) I will something see the router (but usually not)
and if I do see it... and I click on ether the MAC or the IP
i get a could not connect ( ) timed out
but with port 1 its work everytime

..............
for the second post what address should I put in the ip services.

I have never put anything in IP Services as the defaults work for every unit I have ever installed.
