Bandwidth Shaping in pppoe

Hi,
I have a DSL network. I would like to add IPTV on It. All the users are connected to MT via PPPOE abd bandwidth control as well.
Pleae somebody can help me to configure IPTV in network without bandwidth restriction(only for IPTV). where do i have to put IPTV before MT or connect to MT via pppoe?
