I have changed the basic login page on the hotspot and loaded on to my 450G

All the text is fine but the jpeg I inserted does not show up.

If I look at the file with Firefox or IE it is fine.

When I log in to the hotspot, the page appears, text is great and there is a question ? in the middle for the jpeg.

thanks

Did you upload the image into "hotspot/img/yourbackground.jpg" ? Then refer to the image as "/img/yourbackground.jpg" on the login page.

I edited the page with CoffeCup free editor and put in the image
and it comes up when I open the browser

In hotspot/img I only have 3 files img/login.html
img/login6.html (think I created that one)
img/logobottom.png
Don't see a background jpeg file
do I drop the image file (jpeg) there? is there a size limit?
thank you for you help, much appreciated.

I think I did not do well explaining that. You need to load the image into the hotspot directory before it can be displayed on a hotspot page. I use the /hotspot/img/ directory for all pics by habit. You can call the picture whatever you want, as long as it has the correct file extension. I just used that file name (yourbackground.jpg) as an example.

I am not certain about the drag-and-drop feature. I use gFTP on a Linux box to upload to the routers.
