Hi.
Some times routing stucks in rb450g.
I can login to RB from WAN, but no packets goes from bridge to gateway (from LAN to WAN).
It's happens in from 3.28 to 4,10.
Turning off -doesn't help.
Updating RB - doesn't help.
Restore setting - doesn't help.
Tooday when it happen agan, I try all to make it work (shut all down, reeboot, disconnect all interfaces)
And when I goto "interfaces" in winbox - disable and enable eth2 (where my LAN connected) - and all goes ok.
BR450g gateway connected to providers cisco 2950.

Can anybody explain me what this?

What traffic load are you seeing on your LAN when this happens? How about the CPU Load? It without some more information, it's hard to guess as to what is the cause, but it could be a device on your LAN just spewing a ton of garbage traffic and that is making the board devote all resources to dealing with that.

Help with script which do that: ping gateway from eth2, and if no ping disable and enable eth2.
I think it help solve my problem.

24 port switch.
But 1 comp connected to eth3 in rb450g, and packets from that comp doesn't go to WAN when my problem appiar.

If you are reviving a ton of garbage traffic on ether2, and your CPU is at 100%, I'm not too sure a script will do you much good since that will also take up CPU time.

Your best solution would be to go to the 24 port switch when it is happening and disconnect 1 port at a time and watch the traffic. If it goes away after a bit, then whatever was plugged into that port was probably your issue.

If it is an unmanaged switch I would also check to make sure there are no cables that connect it to itself as that will also cause problems like that.
