I cant figure out what is going on with my network, if i connect to the network then all the pc's stop communicating! I have em running on a hotspot with static ip's and the users who are allowed internet are on the bypass list...
If i unplug then up goes the network

check if there is no IP conflict, maybe you have the same IP as the gateway
also, please uninstall the viruses from your PC

dunno if this makes sense but here it goes...
the problem was coming from one pc in particular, so format and etc... plug back into the network and all is well. I left it for a day and came back to a still working network. Decide it is time for lame ACC softwares to go on the Pastel installs fine and as soon as the Pervasive 2000i loads blam down goes the network! Considering its really cheap to upgrade i convinced em to give it a try and touch wood havent heard from them since!
Sooo...methinks unrelated completely to mikrotik because mikrotik is awesome and can do no wrong and it appears...so far...to of just been good old fashioned outdated software!
