The Interface 11, 12, 13 on RB1100 are the giga port. when one of this interface (11, 12, y 13) have nothing connect they get up a traffic that is ridiculous like 220 MB. and this issue was in the 4.8, 4.9 4.10 version.

This is a known problem reported in both RB800 and RB1100 in another forum thread.
