Hi,

I am trying to install v2.9 on a pc using Router Installer 1.15 but shortly after it tries to format the hdd, the following message is displayed...

sendto() failed: A blocking operation was interrupted by a call to WSACancelBlockingCall. (10004)

Any ideas as to what the problem could be???

Cheers,
Gerrard.

Downloaded http://usa2.mikrotik.com/download/netinstall-2.9.zip and tried again but at "Transfering SYSTEM_2.NPK" or something, it fails with the same error.

The frustrating thing about the installation process is that it never seems to work with usb source devices (floppy or cdrom) and as I am working with a very small form factor pc, the only other option is to rip a desktop pc apart and connect it's floppy cable to the internals of the target pc, which is how I managed to install v2.8. However, do I really have to do this every time I want to upgrade!?

I really need either netinstall or usb source devices to work.
