dropping all connected clients

Sat Aug 14, 2010 7:22 pm

We are running an RB45G with the latest firmware going through an Engenius 2611P AP (we switched from an Ubiquity to eliminate it as the issue) setup is switch-->Microtik-->AP
we have one tower that will not keep customers in the tower. The AP shows all customers radio's in the AP when the microtik suddenly shows all PPPOE clients gone.Within a minute or two all customers come back into the tower and there session is reset. What we have done so far is replace every piece of gear at the tower and still showing same issue.
I ran a constant ping with large packets overnight and show 0% loss to switch or AP or microtik. I would think it might be the Radius server except it services other towers that do not experience the same issue.
Any thoughts on what could be causing the issues we are seeing?

Maybe there's a Session Timeout box filled in with 00:08:00 instead of 08:00:00 ?

Either in Radius or on the Mikrotik on the tower.

Have a look at the radcheck/radgroupreply records for a punter on that tower.

all settings are identical for the Radius and Microtik on all 7 microtiks and all others are working so i assume the timeout is not an issue. I did check the other microtiks and the timeouts are set the same.
