please help me in this regard, my requirement is as follows

I am having the Mikrotik box which was configured to external raduis manager

and i want the raduis manager to just authenticate the users with MAC and i dont want hotspot to create a dynamic queue please help me in creating the static queue

Add the 'mac' login method to the server profile. Set 'mac-auth-password' if the RADIUS server rejects empty passwords.

To override simple queues attach queue trees to 'global-in' and 'global-out'. There is no way to prevent the dynamic simple queues from being created, but that way they won't be used as queue trees on that attachment fire first.
