Hi,
we want to bypass bandwidth queues for some sites where mt is running as nas.
custom iptables rules based on radius attributes like tcp limit for certain users

Please be more clear. Are you running Hotspots, PPPoE, or both?
What are you trying to bypass? What does 'tcp limit' mean?
How do you plan to recognize the connections from users that are to be bypassed, or are you looking for suggestions on how to do that?

some websites need to be bypassed from bandwdith management.

Do your queueing based on packet marks, don't mark traffic to those web sites.
