Hi:

I have 10 units working on vehicles. I connect them via 3G to a server, providing IP cam tunneling and internet service, using OPENWRT as SO (RouterOS dont have ability to use a pen drive as file storage, so i have to replace it)

All work fine, about one or two momths.

But now, 3 units have USB ports dead. No device is detected, neither USB 3G modem or Pendrives (used for storage)

Any ideas or sugestions to prevent all units to fail? Units are connected to 12V of the vehicles (buses). They work fine, no electrical problems (units are brand new).

If you can, please test if the ports have 5V power supplied to them. Email support@mikrotik.com and include the serial numbers of the affected devices.
