Webproxy with Hotspot

Dear friends , somebody knows tutorials or similar that explain how to configure Webproxy with Hotspot ? I didin´t find nothing about it and following the manual ,the OS 4.9, resemble doesn´t work.

I`m now using web proxy with hotspot. Like that:
