Lots of "state change from Full to Init" and "Full to Down"

Hi all,

I have two Mikrotik routers (RB1000, RB750G) both running 4.10 talking to each other over a Ceragon IP-10 licensed link. I'm running OSPF on all my routers. I've been keeping an eye on this link over the last while and throughout the day I'm seeing entries on one side like this:-

"OSPFv2 neighbor XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX: state change from Full to Down"

On the other side of the link the Mikrotik there is saying this: -

"OSPFv2 neighbor XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX: state change from Full to Init"

I'm pretty sure the Ceragon link is ok (no log entries, signal at -56).

Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? I haven't modified the IP packet size or anything so I wonder could it be an IP fragment problem or something?

thanks for any advice,

D

Is this OSPF set over the wireless link? If yes, then set up NMBA.

Hi all,

Actually I've been looking into this more during the night and: - The problem (these OSPF messages) are occurring on cable connected routerboards (a 750G and a 800) - *NO* wireless connection.

Actually both boards / ethernet ports are Gigabit if that makes a difference?
