I manage to setup my hotspot and it's work fine however i can't download any file. please help enable download of certain file like, .rar, .exe, .zip, .mp4, .mp3 and etc.

That isn't blocked by default, so you either have a bad configuration or are explicitly blocking those extensions. If you need configuration help post a network diagram as well as the configuration steps you took (for a Hotspot issue that could be related to proxy settings that would be "/ip address print detail", "/ip route print detail", "/ip proxy export", "/ip firewall export" and "/ip hotspot export").

Can you download those extensions when you disable the Hotspot on the interface and run it as just a normal network?

I think the site is down during my testing. it's working now.
