It was mentioned to me by someone who elected not to use RouterOS that lack of downstream LDP advertisement impairs the ability to auto-create tunnels.

On the Wiki about MPLS features, it mentions:

downstream on demand label advertisement

Question:

Are we speaking of the same thing between downstream LDP advertisements and 'downstream on demand label advertisement'

And what is the limitation of not having this ?
