AP problems

i have an AP built from RB433AH ,Xr5 cards and 90 degree sector antenna's.
i have clients running on Nanostation5.

the AP is set:
Band -5ghz
frequency - 5300

the thing is am able to connect to the AP with signals of

signal strength - 80dBm
Tx signal strength -72dBm
signal to noise -13dB
Tx/Rx CCQ 68/44%
P throughput -12388kbps

when am at client side and try to browse am able to open websites but it takes too long to open and i can't send
mail using outlook.this connection is 64k.when using skype the connection is on and off.

any idea's

CCQ is not that good. What is the distance on this link?

On outlook, if you can receive and can't send, it is because the smtp email server set in outlook will not relay email for the public address of your router.

the distance is about 2km apart.i have a clear line of sight very clear.

Then very clear to say it's the polarization issue if it within the coverage.
