Hello out there. My name is Alex and I'm working in wireless ISP company. I have a RouterBOARD 1100 installed along with 2 computers in my office.

One computer is radius server and the other one is dude server.

Past 2 months strange things are happening. Computers just go stupid. What I mean is that all the point on my network are working but people just can't log onto network because it says "network error", something like that when they want to log (mostly using hotspot).

When I reset those computers via remote connection from my home or using public address (VPN) via dude or winbox, nothing changes but when I physically restart it, pressing a restart button on a computer box, it fixes the problem.

I just don't get it. When you restart it normally via terminal typing /system reboot, nothing changes, it restarts it but no changes but when I do it physically it's fixed.

Please tell me whats going on cause it's really annoying. Often I have to restart some other points on my network as well (some ap's at some part of the city).

Please help, something is really bad going with the server.
