PPPoE has more security than hotspot but why it is messing many of the features in hotspot like

- veiwing the total download and upload for this user this month.
-Also viewing the total uptime. In hotspot you can limit the uptime beside byte in and out but in PPPoE, there no limit in uptime.
-hotspot has advertisement which can be used as reminder for payment but there is no similar thing in PPPoE (my client are always late in paying and they need frequent reminder. Some client has reminder every 10 min and still pay late)
-After login, you can forward the users to a page the design and put in the hotspot but there is none in PPPoE
- and many others

Is this limitation because of the PPPoE protocols or there is possibility to add more feature to PPPoE or add more security in hotspot.
