Hello!
I use 5 hotspots 4.13 version and all these are connected with mikrotik radius.
The users are trying to login from differents hotspot can succeed dublicate login.
There is not any detail inside userman or to radius to stop the simultaneus logins.
Anyone knows something to help?
Thank you in advance

Look for "Shared Users" option on
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:IP/Hotspot/User
Set this to 1 and only one user can use the same login username at one time.
If it already set to one, then there is clearly some other reason why the same username can login multiple times, in which case we will need more information on your setup.

The "shared-users" only works on each router. That user can login to each router once for each of the 5 hotspots (one hotspot in each router?). The only answer to the challenge is either get Mikrotik to add a "simultaneous-use" entry in User Manager, or use FreeRADIUS.

Agreed, if that is his problem, that the same username is being used at different hotspots at the same time, then, yes "shared-users=1" will not help. The only answer (using current hardware and software) is to tunnel all the current hotspot interfaces back to a single new hotspot. Not a brilliant solution though.

I have this same problem and that is a BIG problem.
I hope MT Team - User Manager division - well give high priority to this issue and solve quickly.
Maybe the requests for other changes on UM can be postponed - but this one is highly critical.
Love,

requests for development should be directed to
support@mikrotik.com. You will get a greater chance of it being considered if you give detailed information of the exact details you want to see in a future version to MT Support than hoping one of their guys reads this!
