Hey guys,

so im still pulling my hair out over this setup... i cannot account for any data on any MAC address on a wired connection to the router..

i have setup a hotspot and set mac authentication but i cannot get any traffic reports in user manager for the mac addresses that are wired to the switch..

also.. could someone please answer this question for me.. does user manager account for traffic on only LAN to WAN.. or on everything local and wan?

User Manager should account all traffic for the user.

Make sure you have radius-accounting enabled for the according /ip hotspot profile.
As well if bridge is used on your setup, use-ip-firewall should be enabled at bridge settings.
