i am using 3.28 pppoe with usermanager now i am install 4.16 include new usermanager but cant not upload old um data base errer,

Yes, it is correct. It is not possible to restore the database from old User Manager and put it to new.

next version support ols um database ?

Such feature is not going to be supported in the next version (or in couple of next versions at least).

didn't you plan that old um to new um can be upgraded.
we have the live system with over 1700 user-list. how do i get with new um that?
i need any solution...
