IPv6 on WLAN (CPU load)

Hi,
Can someone confirm issue with IPv6 on WLAN? Always make 100% CPU load on RB433 with R52 wifi card.
Config:
WLAN interface on 2.4GHz, assigned a IPv6 address from /64 block, EUI-64 based on the interface WLAN
Running radvd-like announce /64 prefix on the interface.
No client connected <- this could be a clue, interface is somehow disabled/inactive.
When the client arrive and connect to the WLAN, CPU make 100% and router making nonresponsible, one way is only reboot it which take to up to 1 minute when somehow I'm able to login via telnet.
In past I thought that is because OSPFv3, but I've removed in completly and still is the same.
The same situation was on 4.x, on current 5.0rc7 - the same.
I think that there is a problem when WLAN client is flapping like smartphone do.
Can someone confirm the same problem? or how to diagnose it correctly.
Thanks in Advance,
