RB 750G POWER LED died?

Hi there,

I recently bought three 750G. I recently realized that the POWER LED (NOT the ACT LED) of one of those devices died. It does not light up when I connect power. I switched power supply with the other router but same problem (Using the standard power supply). However the Router works as nothing has happened.

Am I overlooking something here? As far as I have learned the RouterBoard commandline syntax there is only this command:

Blink x

for the ACT LED. But is there also a command for the POWER LED? I strongly doubt that. Please correct me if I am wrong.

So - is it time for RMA or getting it replaced by my local vendor? I will soon deploy it in a dark rack where I need this light.

no, you can't manually trigger the power LED.

if you really need the light, you can ask the vendor to repair or replace it, but be careful, depending on the seller, this could take a while.

Interesting, I have exact same problem. Which vendor did you purchase from?
Streakwave by chance?

I have the same problem on one of the three RB750G I bought a few weeks ago. Power LED is dead.

The seller will not replace this unit, it is a shame.
