Getting EOIP Bridge to work through 1:1 NAT

We have a client that has multiple remote offices that connect back to the main via EOIP bridges. The remotes that have real IP's work fine with the basic setup found in the manual, however one of the remotes is on a private network. The EOIP bridge will connect fine and I can ping IP's in the main office and resolve web pages through their gateway, but I cannot web browse, telnet, terminal service, etc. Is there something I need to configure differently as this is going though a 1:1 NAT? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

We've duplicated this issue, a few times. Even if the IP:IP natting of the box between the two end points has GRE enabled, it still fails to pass traffic normally.

I thought about running IP to IP tunnels, then EoIP, or maybe run a PPPoE or PPTP session then EoIP session over that (lots of overhead), but haven't tried it yet.
