rb600a cpu usage

this is very frustrating and i cant figure out why the cpu is always rising ...
i have my RB600A setup for basic PPPoE server and i have hotspot on it too but most my users (no more than 30) logon via PPPoE. maybe 2 or 3 via hotspot.
