Allright, I bought this card cause I heard that it works well with mikrotik.
At first it looks a pretty good product, no heating problems or signal issues like r52nh.
The only problem is that this card has 26dbm/chain and 28dbm aggregated, tx power.
Running ROS and setting txpower to default,it only shows 20dbm/chain, 23 aggregated.
What should I do? Set manual txpower? Leave it like this?Is it a bug or something?
Im running ROS 5.RC9, I already saw some bad performance on PTP compared to 5.rc7
that I was running before.
Here is the card`s link if any one wants to take a look at it.

this card has a txpower offset like UBNTs XR5.
For your card I dont kown how much it is, but eg. for the WLM200N5-24 Compex told me this:

"Mikrotik firmware does not compensate for the 4 dBm difference therefore the displayed power in Mikrotik OS is 4 dBm less than the actual power of the WLM200N5-24"

In your case I asume it is 6 dbm power offset, so 20 as default is the right value.

I hope this helps,
