RouterBoard 750 - Serious Problem

Hi!

I'm having problems with my new RB750. My SO is Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid Lynx), the RouterOS is 4.10 and the version of the winbox is 2.2.16.

When i'm configuring eth2 interface, changing the MTU from 1500 to 1400 and make apply, gives the following mensage:

Try to do the same thing via telnet/ssh. Try to upgrade the firmware to the latest 5.x version.

I'd take one of the ports out of the switch chip and set an IP address on that and connect to that port to make that change to ether2. Anytime you make changes like that to an Ethernet port that you are connected to, chances are you are going to loose your connection for at least a few seconds, by witch time WinBox will time out.
