I am a wisp which uses hotspot servers at the edge of my networks for clients to log in. Will paypal and authorize.net work for month to month customers?

Customers has a fixed username and password. They pay a monthly connection fee. They also pay per gig.

Can i setup usermanager to accept payments via paypal/authorize.net and just top up existing gigs for existing usernames and password?
