once again:
1 - One core or Dual core system ? -> one core
2 - XFP, CX4, SFP or only 10GBASE-T -> only ten
one gigabit ports, not 10G!
3 - routing performance ? pps performance. -> published here
http://www.routerboard.com/pdf/routerbo ... _tests.pdf
4 - maybe TCAM for hardware firewall or routing ?? ) -> no
5 - price ??? -> cheapest of our rackmount routers. as the presentation mentions, this will be a LOW COST simple rackmount
I think you completely misunderstood the product

I understand the confusion on the port speed. The published information implied each port was capable of 10GigE, but thinking about a new low cost router having 10GigE ports seems kinda silly.
That said, what's the MTU?

Oh, I assumed the 1200 would be higer performance than the 1100 series.

Looking your benchmarks, I think a couple of common scenarios should be tested.
Firewall On, Connection Tracking On, Masquerading (routing)
EOiP over PPtP with various encryption settings.

RB1200 is low cost version with less features. For more features you need RB1100AH

It is old device. Ahx2 is current and also quite old while ahx4 is ready to come in near future. You can get sfp+ on other more powerful devices....
