So far, if Paypal payment option fails, which it often does, then the user can not enter again to try Paypal again. Userman reads Login/Password as invalid...

Only if I manually enter them in through admin section are they allowed access. Anyone know how to fix this?

Here's the fix for the PayPal issue with people unable to make payments.
SurferTim created a script to keep the cached papal sites relevant to users requests.
It's saved me a lot of lost customers.
Supposedly, it's not needed in the 5.x versions.
