After reboot, command "hangs" for 1 minute and then print message:
"action timed out - try again, if error continues contact MikroTik support and send a supout file (13)"

This command starts working after cca 90s uptime.

Tested on RB532A, RB711, v5.0
On v4.17 command works immediately after boot.
